Refunds, Credits and Bonuses

Membership Card Refunds: BOB Rewards Club LLC will refund any Membership Fee within 3 Days of receiving. If within those 3 Days, the Member received The BOB Membership Kit, it must be returned back to The BOB Program before a refund can be issued.

BOB Product Refunds: For whatever reason Customers may be unsatisfied with BOB Member Products and Services, items may be returned in the same condition they were issued.
Product Warranties and Service Guarantees

Additional Product Warranties may be purchased at an additional cost associated with that item. All available warranties can be found in the "Product Description" in the BOB Marketplace.
